Description
Hello, I don't know if is bug or feature, but under my opinion it's logical have some default QoS set in VN and in some particular VMs overwrite it (some VMs need more/lower speed).
Please look into it, thank you.

I solve this by creating new vnet using reservations

Hi, I definettly think, that this is a bug, because in VM template these settings are antitled "Override" Can be fixed in 5.4.1?
