Description
opennebula-node depends on libvirt-bin, which is a transitional package to libvirt-clients in Debian 8 (and libvirt-bin -package is missing from Debian 9)
Same change (transition to 2.x libvirt) happens on Ubuntu 16.10.

Hello,
we have changed the opennebula-node dependency for Debian 8 (and Ubuntu>16.04) from libvirt-bin to the libvirt-daemon-system. Dependency on libvirt-clients is already in libvirt-daemon-system and would be redundant (https://lists.debian.org/debian-user/2016/11/msg00529.html).
