Extend pricing options

Description
Today I can set prices for RAM, CPU and HDD.
But if I have a base price for operating system, applicatoin or a bundle price for a vm I can not set it up.
Can you please extend pricing options with a base price for a given amount of RAM, CPU and HDD.
Example
39.00 for 1 GB RAM, 1 CPU, 20 GB HDD and Windows Server Std.
and then the today existing options for additional RAM, CPU or HDD.

Also would be nice to have (public) network address pricing option (ip/subnet) and persistent disk pricing while VM is powered off.

Is there a new target version for this feature?
Why will it not come with 5.4?
