Hi
I use as opennebula 4.14 on ubuntu 14.04 an have a one node on the same ubuntu 14.04.
I have a machine which has a disk hda, when i try to attach a new disk with hda target to the machine, opennebula is crashed! and i gain "OpenNebula is unreachable" on sunstone page and when i run opennebula service, my machine go to HOTPLUG status.

Hi,
You may being hit by bug #4146, are you running 4.14.2?
