Description
Recover on PROLOG_MIGRATE_FAILURE, PROLOG_MIGRATE_POWEROFF_FAILURE and PROLOG_MIGRATE_SUSPEND_FAILURE can be:
- success, to move on
- retry, to retry the prolog operation
- failure, do nothing and remains in the failure state
This issue is to implement a failure recovery that cancels the migration and moves the VM to the original host in RUNNING
