Description
there is only ssh and shared type allowed for system datastore.
adding these drivers (just 3 files :) allows using LVM as system datastore.
the difference is that all images (event the ephemeral / nonpersistent) are created inside the shared volumegroup (clvm).
contextualization iso (and swap temporary image) is still created in the shared filesystem.

LVM drivers are no longer officially supported, and fs_lvm drivers already contain this functionality.
