sunstone 3.8 would display a single cpu load value, 4.0/4.2 do not

Description
Most of our singleton, persistent vm instances don't use much cpu. I have set CPU=.1 in each of those templates. However, sometimes certain vms are busier. In 3.8, I could go to the vm info pane and see what the actual value was, and then place that back into the template; this would allow for better positioning of the vms.
However, 4.0 and the recently released 4.2 no longer display such a simple, single number. The graph that is displayed in 4.2 is not precise enough to figure this out.

In OpenNebula 4.2 if you click in the "Capacity" tab of the vm panel info, there is a table with the CPU, VCPU and MEMORY values above the graphs. Is that what are you looking for?
