Description
When an image is in locked state, it cannot be deleted. This is a problem especially when the driver fails, in which case the image will stay in locked state forever.

Images can be deleted in a locked state. If the image is being copied to the repository and deleted in the process, OpenNebula will log such issue so the admin can perform the corresponding cleanup if needed.
